Resort to git when we fail to download snapshot with HTTP::Tiny (kinda pointless but the code was already there)

Locate, Download, or Build and Install xmake

To install Alien::xmake, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::xmake

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::xmake
