Use prerequisites to get CPAN to install the Time::HiRes module if it's not already installed

Emulate the mod_usertrack apache module

To install Apache::Usertrack, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache::Usertrack

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache::Usertrack
