Split backend routines to File-Util-Sort to minimize dependencies, because the backend routines will be used by other distributions.

Return file(s) which are alphabetically the first

Return file(s) which are alphabetically the last

Return the largest file(s) in one or more directories

Return file(s) with the longest name in one or more directories

Return the newest file(s) in one or more directories

Return the oldest file(s) in one or more directories

Return file(s) with the shortest name in one or more directories

Return the smallest file(s) in one or more directories

Sort files in one or more directories and display the result in a flexible way

CLI utilities related to sorting files in one or more directories

To install App::FileSortUtils, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::FileSortUtils

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::FileSortUtils
