   Function : Generating random variables from the Cauchy distribution.

 Output to STDOUT :  
   1. Generated random numbers. The number of those numbers is specified by -n.

  Output to STDERR :
   2. the sum of the all variables and the sum of their square.
   3. random seed. 

  Options : 
   -g N : The number of variables to be generated.
   -s N : Random seed.

   -. N : Digits after decimal points.
   -1   : No secondary information such as seed and sums.
   -:   ; Entail serial number.
