Added assert() macros to E2fsprogs.xs on all input arguments
Updated Makefile.PL with NDEBUG define arg to gcc; assert macro's are not compiled by default
Additional POD cleanup in E2fsprogs.pm
Version bump to 0.40

To install Device::Blkid::E2fsprogs, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Device::Blkid::E2fsprogs

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Device::Blkid::E2fsprogs
