safename - rename files to safe filenames

safename [-dehrtv] [long options...] FILES
-e --encode encode to safe filenames -d --decode decode from safe filenames -h --help print help text -r --recursive rename files recursively -t --test don't actually rename files -v --verbose print all renamed files
Rename a file to a safe filename:
$ safename -e Foo.txt
Rename a file from a safe filename:
$ safename -d {f}oo.txt
