Changes for version 0.04

fixed tests to not fail on MSWin32
fixed caching state of 'have_bash' so as not to repeat the 'bash not found' error on systems w/o bash.

Perl extension for accessing _all_ bash environment variables.

To install Env::Bash, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Env::Bash

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Env::Bash
