Changes for version 0.29 - 2026-10-05

  • A oneshot timer the backend delivers before its deadline is re-armed for the remainder instead of fired: NetBSD's kqueue timed a 300ms request out at 246ms (CPAN Testers).
  • kqueue arms timers in whole milliseconds rounded up, not down.
