Changes for version 0.12 - 2026-05-07

  • Windows: emit a MinGW import library (libRaw.dll.a) alongside Raw.dll at build time and publish its location through ExtUtils::Depends's set_libs. Downstream plugin XS dists (Base64, Gzip, Hash, Separated, ...) can now drop their hand-rolled MSWin32 Makefile.PL branches that hunted for Raw.dll on disk. ExtUtils::Depends should now provide the right -L/-lRaw automatically.
