Changes for version 0.05
- Improved how stubb handles non-targets.
- Non-targets are now preceded by a single backslash instead of an exclamation mark.
- Non-targets no longer cause stubb to ignore the next caret pair.
- A literal backslash can be placed behind a basic target by putting two backslashes behind the target.
- stubb now dies on invalid basic and conditional targets.
- Allow rendering to standard output when using the -t option with more than one output target.
- Fix file handle leaks during failed file rendering.
