Changes for version 0.03

Made the open_write method actually open files on the remote server (Joel Bernstein)
Ripped out the reference to rt.cpan.org (I don't actually use it)

To install Filesys::Virtual::SSH, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Filesys::Virtual::SSH

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Filesys::Virtual::SSH
