Added support for selective variable substitution in render()
Changed name of package to HTML::DynamicTemplate to avoid confusion with Sam Tregar's HTML::Template

HTML template class.

To install HTML::DynamicTemplate, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTML::DynamicTemplate

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTML::DynamicTemplate
