Interface to Linux ioprio_set and ioprio_get via syscall or ionice wrapper.

To install Linux::IO_Prio, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Linux::IO_Prio

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Linux::IO_Prio
