Switches to Text::ParseWords instead of naive split for shell quoting. Thanks to @mohawk2 for the PR (GH#1).
Upgrade recommended if running under Windows.

Plugin for Module::Build to compile Fortran .f files

To install Module::Build::Pluggable::Fortran, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Module::Build::Pluggable::Fortran

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Build::Pluggable::Fortran
