Changes for version 0.02 - 2018-05-22

add more config stuff for NoIndex (to set meta tag for routes with specific param values)
remove existing meta tags for robots
add more tests

add meta tag to HTML output to define a policy for robots

To install Mojolicious::Plugin::NoIndex, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mojolicious::Plugin::NoIndex

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mojolicious::Plugin::NoIndex
