BUILD FIX
- tests failed on case-insensitive file systems
- switch to Dist::Zilla
- switch to Test2

- try to fix CPANTesters breakage by requiring MooX::Cmd >= 0.009 http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/ebc8e620-d5e7-11e4-9bdf-cbba55c8bd36

generate per-command roles to handle chained options

To install MooX::Cmd::ChainedOptions, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooX::Cmd::ChainedOptions

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooX::Cmd::ChainedOptions
