- Workaround for buggy timestamps
- The feed used from MetaCPAN can be buggy when large numbers of uploads occur. The timestamp becomes inaccurate and multiple reports can happen.
- Implemented a cache of AUTHOR/DIST that we have seen previously so as not to send duplicates.
Plus 3 releases after 2021-07-28 00:00:00 +0000.

Obtain uploaded CPAN dists via MetaCPAN.

To install POE::Component::MetaCPAN::Recent, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Component::MetaCPAN::Recent

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Component::MetaCPAN::Recent
