Add option for the caller to specify a timeout at object instantiation time (only when Pick is remote).

class to run commands in a Pick TCL shell

To install Pick::TCL, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pick::TCL

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pick::TCL
