Changes for version 2.3603 - 2019-06-06

MANIFEST.SKIP was preventing us from including a core C file, breaking cpan installs with "undefined symbol" error

Interface to the SSD1306-esque 128x64 OLED displays

To install RPi::OLED::SSD1306::128_64, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RPi::OLED::SSD1306::128_64

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RPi::OLED::SSD1306::128_64
