Changes for version 0.14 - 2026-10-01

  • generate the methods of Valkey commands from the command reference of Valkey e.g. DELIFEQ, COMMANDLOG, SCRIPT SHOW
  • generate the methods of Redis commands from the command reference of Redis (redis/docs). %BEFORE_FILTERS, %AFTER_FILTERS, %COMMANDS and %UNSAFE_COMMANDS are removed.
  • support more commands of recent Redis
  • sub-command names are now case-insensitive
  • the responses are converted in scalar context and pipeline mode too
  • strict mode rejects unsafe sub-commands. e.g. config_get
  • strict mode rejects more unsafe commands: FAILOVER, REPLCONF, TRIMSLOTS, ACL DELUSER/LOAD/SAVE/SETUSER and FUNCTION DELETE/FLUSH/RESTORE
