slurp() now creates new SV with copy of C string rather than re-using C pointer.

Perl interface to libswish3

create document headers for SWISH::3->parse_fh()

To install SWISH::3, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm SWISH::3

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install SWISH::3
