Time-Precise

Changes for version 1.0010 - 2016-02-26

Added croak to cases where Perl is < 5.012 and negative seconds are used for functions related to localtime.

Extending standard time related functions to always include nanoseconds and always use full year.

To install Time::Precise, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Precise

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Precise
