Changes for version 1.05 - 2017-06-04

feature: add command line tools for test. changes: add domain string checking & through errors but it do nothing when not encoded(unneeded). only critical failure return value is undef.

Punycode conversion of UTF-8 string.

To install URI::UTF8::Punycode, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm URI::UTF8::Punycode

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install URI::UTF8::Punycode
