If you want to write a perl distribution implementing a Stringprep profile, the easiest way is to fork Authen::SASL::SASLprep from http://github.com/cfaerber/Authen-SASL-SASLprep.
To install Unicode::Stringprep, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm
cpanm Unicode::Stringprep
CPAN shell
perl -MCPAN -e shell install Unicode::Stringprep
