Changes for version 0.0002

Bugfix for not returning decoded content. In the case where no UTF-8 content is sent to Shippo, but Shippo returns UTF-8 content, HTTP::Thin does not decode the content correctly. Ensure that content is decoded as UTF-8 all the time.

A simple client to Shippo's REST API.

To install WebService::GoShippo, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WebService::GoShippo

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WebService::GoShippo
