added a command line client: bin/mg
switched to ExtUtils::MakeMaker, because Module::Install was giving me weird problems that I didn't want to fix.

To install WebService::MtGox, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WebService::MtGox

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WebService::MtGox
