Minor change to the way the XML local-name is created for tags in the GCL namespace, to account for category names with punctuation marks.

Support for the UK Government Category List (gcl) specfication

To install XML::Generator::RSS10::gcl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XML::Generator::RSS10::gcl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XML::Generator::RSS10::gcl
