App::Sqitch::Command::tag - Add or list tags in Sqitch plans
my $cmd = App::Sqitch::Command::tag->new(%params); $cmd->execute;
Tags a Sqitch change. The tag will be added to the last change in the plan.
tag_name
The name of the tag to add.
change_name
The name of the change to tag.
all
Boolean indicating whether or not to run the command against all plans in the project.

Text of the tag note.
execute
$tag->execute($command);
Executes the tag command.
