NAME

App::WatchLater::Browser - Open URLs in the User's Browser

VERSION

Version 0.03

SYNOPSIS

This is a simple module for opening a URL in the user's browser, using open(1) on mac OS, xdg-open(1) on Linux, and start on Windows. Falls back to the command specified by the BROWSER environment variable, if set.

    use App::WatchLater::Browser;
    open_url('https://duckduckgo.com');
    ...

EXPORT

  • open_url - exported by default.

SUBROUTINES/METHODS

open_url

    open_url($url);

Does what it says on the tin. Croaks if unable to determine an appropriate browser.
