Test if $entry is excluded.

include_pattern( $pattern )

Add $pattern to the include list.

include_pattern_from_file( $file )

Add the patterns in $file to the include list.

exclude_pattern( $pattern )

Add $pattern to the exclude list.

exclude_pattern_from_file( $file )

Add the patterns in $file to the exclude list.

Add $uid to the include list.

include_gid( $gid )

Add $gid to the include list.
