DESCRIPTION
This class provides methods for randering HTNL codes.
new (ifn => 'file.cfg', opt => 'hvS:')
This is a inherited method from CGI::AppBuilder. See the same method in CGI::AppBuilder for more details.
disp_top ($q, $ar)
Input variables:
