is is_perl_file(__FILE__), 1;

Report whether a file is (primarily) holding Perl code.

To install FunctionalPerl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FunctionalPerl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FunctionalPerl
