SYNOPSIS

Using in Sah schema's prefilters (or postfilters) clause

Using with Data::Sah:

Using with Data::Sah:Filter directly:

Sample data and filtering results

"" # valid, unchanged
"foo" # valid, unchanged
"123  456-789.foo.bar" # valid, becomes "123_456-789_foo.bar"
"-123  456-789.foo.bar" # valid, becomes "_-123_456-789_foo.bar"

DESCRIPTION

This is just like the alphanum_dash (Data::Sah::Filter::perl::Filename::Safe::alphanum_dash) filter except dash at the beginning is avoided by prefixing with an additional underscore, since dash at the beginning is often problematic with Unix/GNU command-line by being confused with a command-line option.
