NAME

HashDataRole::Source::Array - Get hash data from a Perl array

VERSION

This document describes version 0.005 of HashDataRole::Source::Array (from Perl distribution HashDataRoles-Standard), released on 2024-11-04.

SYNOPSIS

my $hd = HashData::Array->new(array => [["one","satu"], ["two","dua"], ["three","tiga"]]);

DESCRIPTION

This role retrieves hash items from a Perl array. Each array element must in turn be a two-element array.

get_next_item() and get_item_at_pos() will return a pair of [$key, $value]. get_item_at_key() will return just the pair value.

Internally, a hash will be constructed from the array for quick lookup of key.

ROLES MIXED IN

HashDataRole::Spec::Basic

Role::TinyCommons::Collection::GetItemByPos

CONTRIBUTING

To contribute, you can send patches by email/via RT, or send pull requests on GitHub.

Most of the time, you don't need to build the distribution yourself. You can simply modify the code, then test via:

% prove -l

If you want to build the distribution (e.g. to try to install it locally on your system), you can install Dist::Zilla, Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::PERLANCAR, Pod::Weaver::PluginBundle::Author::PERLANCAR, and sometimes one or two other Dist::Zilla- and/or Pod::Weaver plugins. Any additional steps required beyond that are considered a bug and can be reported to me.
