Iterator::Flex::Map - Map Iterator Class

$iterator = Ierator::Flex::Map->new( $coderef, $iterable, ?\%pars );
Returns an iterator equivalent to running map on $iterable with the specified code.
map

CODE is not run if $iterable is exhausted.

$iterable is converted into an iterator via "to_iterator" in Iterator::Flex::Factory if required.
The optional %pars hash may contain standard signal parameters.
