This is a rrp renew request representation class.
return a 'Renew'
throw Net::RRP::Exception::InvalidEntityValue unless entity is Net::RRP::Entity::Domain
Pass only Period && CurrentExpirationYear option. Throw Net::RRP::Exception::InvalidCommandOption at other case.
