NAME

Paws::ECS::TaskDefinitionPlacementConstraint

USAGE

This class represents one of two things:

Arguments in a call to a service

Use the attributes of this class as arguments to methods. You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the calls that expect this type of object.

As an example, if Att1 is expected to be a Paws::ECS::TaskDefinitionPlacementConstraint object:

  $service_obj->Method(Att1 => { Expression => $value, ..., Type => $value  });

Results returned from an API call

Use accessors for each attribute. If Att1 is expected to be an Paws::ECS::TaskDefinitionPlacementConstraint object:

  $result = $service_obj->Method(...);
  $result->Att1->Expression

DESCRIPTION

An object representing a constraint on task placement in the task definition.

If you are using the Fargate launch type, task placement constraints are not supported.

For more information, see Task Placement Constraints (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonECS/latest/developerguide/task-placement-constraints.html) in the Amazon Elastic Container Service Developer Guide.

ATTRIBUTES

Expression => Str

  A cluster query language expression to apply to the constraint. For
more information, see Cluster Query Language
(https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonECS/latest/developerguide/cluster-query-language.html)
in the I<Amazon Elastic Container Service Developer Guide>.

Type => Str

  The type of constraint. The C<DistinctInstance> constraint ensures that
each task in a particular group is running on a different container
instance. The C<MemberOf> constraint restricts selection to be from a
group of valid candidates.
