NAME

Physics::PVD::KMC - Kinetic Monte Carlo engine for PVD film growth

DESCRIPTION

Implements the BKL rejection-free KMC algorithm for simulating atomistic thin film growth by physical vapor deposition. Models adsorption, surface diffusion, desorption, and step-edge effects.

To install Physics::PVD, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
