RT::Action::NotifyAtTicketLevelAsComment
A subclass of RT::Action::NotifyAtTicketLevel which sends notifications flagged as a comment instead of a correspondence (reply). This is appropriate for redistributing comments.
Takes the same arguments as RT::Action::NotifyAtTicketLevel.
To install RT::Extension::NotifyBasedOnOwnership, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
