SPVM::Sys::Time::Timespec - struct timespec in the C language
The Sys::Time::Timespec class in SPVM represents struct timespec in the C language.

Creates a new Sys::Time::Timespec object.

The destructor.

Returns tv_sec.

Sets tv_sec.

Returns tv_nsec.
