DESCRIPTION
This module provides the
history
function forTerm::UI
, printing and saving all theUI
interaction.Refer to the
Term::UI
manpage for details on usage fromTerm::UI
.This module subclasses
Log::Message::Simple
. Refer to its manpage for additional functionality available via this package.FUNCTIONS
history("message string" [,VERBOSE])
Records a message on the stack, and prints it to
STDOUT
(or actually$HISTORY_FH
, see theGLOBAL VARIABLES
section below), if theVERBOSE
option is true.The
VERBOSE
option defaults to true.GLOBAL VARIABLES
- $HISTORY_FH

This is the filehandle all the messages sent to
history()
are being printed. This defaults to*STDOUT
.
