Web::Authenticate::RequestUrlProvider::CgiRequestUrlProvider - The default implementation of Web::Authentication::RequestUrlProvider.

This RequestUrlProvider uses CGI to get the current url.
Returns the current url using the url method from CGI with full, query, and rewrite set to 1.
