make_url()

                                 referrer => $referring_page, });

Returns a VigLink href. Dies on missing args.

SYNOPSIS

  use WebService::VigLink;
  $VigLink = WebService::VigLink->new({ key => $api_key });
  $affiliate_url = $VigLink->make_url({ ... });
