Implements C++ std::map::iterator to be corporately used with ItemListMap.
Generates an iterator attached with no map.
Copy constructor.
Deletes the instance.
Returns the Item pointed by current iterator.
overloaded by operator q(${})
Moves to next item.
overloaded by operator q(++)
Moves to last item.
overloaded by operator q(--)
Makes a copy of $it.
${} = ++ --
None by default.
