rig::cmd::cpan - Command to install a rig with the cpan command line

This is quite experimental yet.

Calls the CPAN shell to install rig modules.

To install rig, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm rig

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install rig
