removed the explicit exports of new() and error() not needed and pollute namespace (thanks for the notice to Daniel Kahn Gillmor)

To install Crypt::X509, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Crypt::X509

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Crypt::X509
