Changes for version 0.018 - 2019-01-15

Updated all the skeleton files to have $VERSION, and set to 0
Updated all the skeleton files to have an ABSTRACT comment instead of POD (the default build profile will use PodWeaver)
Updated the Makefile to produce an RC and a release version of the image
Config file is now YAML

Mints a new FB11 site

To install Dist::Zilla::MintingProfile::FB11, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::MintingProfile::FB11

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::MintingProfile::FB11
