Alien-ImageMagick-0.11

Changes for version 0.11 - 2026-09-04

Resolve the "latest" ImageMagick version from the github.com releases redirect and download it from github.com, instead of the imagemagick.org archive host, which became unreachable (Thanks to Niall Durham for the heads up)
Install libltdl-dev in CI so ImageMagick builds with --with-modules

cpanm compatible Image::Magick packaging.

To install Alien::ImageMagick, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::ImageMagick

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::ImageMagick
