Changes for version 0.13 - 2026-10-30
- added per-widget -readonly option and readonly method without changing inheritance; block interactive edits while preserving selection, copying, navigation, programmatic updates, and undo/redo history when toggling (Refs #1)
- added regression tests for read-only editing commands and mode transitions
- added an interactive feature example with prepared scenarios and a read-only toggle in eg/feature-sample.pl
- corrected and reformatted POD, including examples, method names, and key bindings
- converted README to Markdown and updated the distribution manifest
- aligned the module's minimum Tk version with the existing 804.030 prerequisite
- excluded Git metadata and local build files from distribution checks
- improved code in Button1 method (thanks to Jim Turner)
