Fix (the test failure in t/invalid where) syntax errors are reported from the wrong location.

first class try catch semantics for Perl, without source filters.

To install TryCatch, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm TryCatch

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install TryCatch
